Can I modify my order?
As changes in style, measurements or fabrics may occur after you place an order, we understand that your order may need to be modified. You can make changes to your order within 24 hours after placing the order, please contact our customer service team for this. After 24 hours the garments have already been cut/tailored and cannot be changed anymore, so please double check your uploaded picture, color selection, measurements and customization before submitting. Your order will be confirmed, and we cannot guarantee changes after 24-hours.
How can I cancel my order?
Any cancellations of the placed order can be done within 24 hours after placing the order:
- If you have not paid for your order yet, please go to your user account and delete the order.
- If you have already placed and paid for your order, contact our customer service team. We will then cancel the order and refund the paid amount.
If you cancel your order within the 24 hours period mentioned above, we will refund your original form of payment within next 14 business days.
