What if my garment does not fit?
If your garment does not fit, Suitich will pay up to $75 for your suit alterations. Simply go to your local tailor, have your suit altered and send us the bill.
What if my garment cannot be adjusted?
On rare occasions, a local tailor will not be able to adjust your garment.
In that case, Suitich will replace your existing order at our expense. All you have to do is contact us within 14 days from the receipt of your order.
Describe your issue as accurately as possible (you will also be asked to send pictures of the garment). Our representative will contact you within the next 24 - 48 hours. After reviewing your case, you will be asked to return your suit to our office. We will provide you with the shipping label, and cover the shipping cost of the return.
New suit will be shipped out, at our earliest convenience. We will replace your ordered suit with a new one with no cost to the customer. All items returned to Suitich will be donated to non-profit associations.
Suitich reserves the right in its sole discretion to deny the issuance of a new suit, or refund, for an item that is believed to be previously worn or damaged. Garments that have already been altered or adjusted in any way, do not qualify to be returned.
No Returns will be accepted once an alteration has been completed.
